CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Upon arrival, please go directly to your room. Your room will be open and accessible at 3:00 PM or ANYTIME after. You will find the room key and welcome letter full of information that'll answer your questions, on the bed. We are unable to accept guests, prior to 3:00 PM, due to limited staff.
Breakfast: has been suspended, due to COVID-19, until Summer of 2021.
Happy Hour: has been suspended, due to COVID-19, until Summer of 2021.
We hope that you will enjoy your stay and make full use of our facilities. Hotel guests are kindly requested to observe the rules, outlined in these General Policies so that their stay will be comfortable and safe. If guests do not observe these rules, the Hotel will be obliged to cancel their accommodations without reimbursement.

ROOM RESERVATION NOTES:
2 night minimum stay required for Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday (some exceptions off-season and extended minimums for High Seasons and Holidays)
Rates do not include local room taxes and fees.
We accept: (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) accepted. Sorry, no personal checks or cash accepted.
Reservations are required to be paid in full at time of booking.
Room Rates are for maximum 2 people per room, additional $35 per person, per night charge will be added at check-in.
If you booked online, the additional fees, including Dog fees, will be payable at check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROOMS:
Reservations may be cancelled 7 days in advance to receive the entire reservation amount, in the form of a "Gift Certificate". Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from day of check-in and may be applied to a new reservation. Gift Certificates are NON-Transferrable.
NO SHOWS: If you do not show up and have not properly cancelled your reservation at least 7 days in advance, you will not be given a Gift Certificate.
Pets may not be left unattended in our rooms.
Pets must always be on a leash, while staying at our property.
For the consideration of all guests, excessive barking will result in a
cancellation of accommodations and without refund.
There is a Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per night.
We also have contacts of local dog sitters and dog walkers that may be helpful, if you'd like a night out alone. Please ask Michelle for information.
DAMAGES: Any damages done to a room will result in a minimum $250 fine. Accidents must be reported immediately to Michelle to avoid fines.
Smoking is not permitted inside or outside and will result in charges to the
occupying guest for cleaning or the replacement of bedding, curtains,
wallpaper and so on, as well as the cost of repairing any damage.
Hotplates, crockpots, pressure cookers, etc. are not allowed to be used in
the rooms. Any foul odor left in the room will result in a $250 fine.
We have the right to refuse service, accommodations, facilities and privileges of the hotel to any person for any reason at any time. We do not deny service based on the person’s race, religion, color, sex, disability, origin or ancestry.
