CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY:

We get it. Life happens! Full reservation refund with cancellation up to 72 hours prior to check-in.

Cancellations during Holiday season (11/20 thru 1/5) must be made 14 days prior to check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS

No refund for no shows, early departure, or nature related incidents (weather, fire, road closures, earthquakes etc.) within 72 hours of check-in. Reservations made with a check-in date less than 72 hours from the time of booking are not eligible for refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Road closures and weather are out of our control.

Any change or modification to a reservation, including dates of stay must me made 72 hours prior to check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS

Covid Cancellations outside of the normal cancellation period will require proof of a posite Covid test to qualify for a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS

As a reminder, our property does not have air conditioning, however with our mild climate we rarely reach high temperatures. We do have ceiling fans and windows that open. Outdoor fire pit may close at any time due to weather conditions and fire danger. Typically closed between October and March. Take in the cool clean mountain air and enjoy!

Each room as a gas fireplace that also serves as the room heater and is controled by a thermostat on the wall.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:
Upon arrival, please go directly to your room. Unless you received a message stating otherwise, your room access code will be the last four digits of the phone number used when making your reservation followed by #.

We hope that you will enjoy your stay and make full use of our facilities. Hotel guests are kindly requested to observe the rules, outlined in these General Policies so that their stay will be comfortable and safe. If guests do not observe these rules, the Hotel may cancel their accommodations without reimbursement.

All guest rooms are non-smoking.

ROOM RESERVATIONS:
Rates do not include local room taxes and fees.
We accept: (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) accepted. Sorry, no personal checks or cash accepted.
Reservations are required to be paid in full at time of booking. We do not accept payment on property.
All Rooms and Rates are maximum occupany of 2 people.
If booked online, additional fees, including Dog fees, may be charged seperatly.

PET POLICY:
We have a limited numbers of room allowing a single dog under 30lbs.
Pets may not be left unattended in our rooms at anytime for any duration.
Pets must always be on a leash, while on property.
For the consideration of all guests, excessive barking or noise will result in a
cancellation of accommodations and without refund.
There is a Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per night.

DAMAGES:
Any damages done to a room will result in a minimum $250 fine. Accidents must be reported immediately to innkeepers@heavenlyvalleylodge.com to avoid fines.

Smoking is not permitted inside or outside and will result in charges to the
occupying guest for cleaning or the replacement of bedding, curtains,
wallpaper and so on, as well as the cost of repairing any damage.

Hotplates, crockpots, pressure cookers, etc. are not allowed to be used in
the rooms. Any foul odor left in the room will result in a $250 fine.

We have the right to refuse service, accommodations, facilities and privileges of the hotel to any person for any reason at any time. We do not deny service based on the person’s race, religion, color, sex, disability, origin or ancestry.


SELF CHECK-IN, SELF CHECK-OUT
CHECK-IN: You may access your room anytime from 3:00 PM on on the date of your check-in. Access to your room is a 4-digit code (typically the last 4 digits of your phone number) followed by #. CHECKOUT: Your reservation has already been paid in full, so we ask that our guests checkout anytime before 11:00 AM and leave the room key on the bed.
